The Sandy Springs Police Department is investigating an incident at Holy Spirit Preparatory School but is declining to discuss the matter.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported the incident involves a chaplain, Thomas Flynn, and an unnamed female student.

In an email statement to the Sandy Springs Reporter, Sgt. F. Bohannon stated, “The Sandy Springs Police Department is investigating an incident  at the Holy Spirit School on Long Island Drive.  The incident was reported to the police department on May 2nd.  The Sandy Springs Police Department will not release any information at this time while the investigation is ongoing.”

A call to Head of School Kyle Pietrantonio was not immediately returned. Pietrantonio declined to discuss the personnel matter with the AJC.
