Developer Trillist and sbe are proposing to build SLS Atlanta Hotel & Residences, a new 42-story structure that would stand at 1122 Crescent Avenue in Midtown, according to What Now Atlanta. The development would consist of 213 hotel rooms and 56 condos (not apartments, as has been the case with most recent Midtown residential construction). Condo units would range between 1,600 square feet and 4,000 square feet, and contain a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom units.
Pollack Shores Real Estate Group’s planned mixed-use development with 325 apartments at the corner of Pharr Road and North Fulton Drive in Bulkhead has been shelved, according to a report at Atlanta Business Chronicle.
A mixed-use apartment, hotel and retail high-rise called Ascent Midtown has broken ground on West Peachtree and Spring streets, just south of 18th Street, according to Curbed Atlanta. Designed by R2L:Architects and being built by Greystar, the development is planned to feature 176 hotel rooms and 328 apartments. Ground floor retail space will also be part of the finished project.
Loundermilk Cos. has has unveiled an 18-story condo tower in the heart of Buckhead, according to a report from BuckheadView. The building would go up across from Charlie Loudermilk Park and Buckhead Theater just behind the building that houses Mitchell Gold+Bob Williams furniture. Designed by locally based firm Lord Aeck Sargent, the building is slated to include just 57 two- and three-bedroom condo units atop three levels of parking and 30,000 square feet of retail space.
