The Atlanta Police Department has released surveillance video from the Forever Diamonds store of a “person of interest” in the shooting that happened outside Lenox Square on June 29 around 8:45 p.m.

Police continue to search for the two men who shot a woman in the mall’s parking lot during an attempted robbery. According to police, a 23-year-old woman was shopping at Forever Diamonds in the mall with her fiancé and their 2-year-old son. When they returned to their car, they were approached by two suspects who demanded the woman give them what she purchased. Police say when the woman said she didn’t purchase anything, she was shot in the stomach. The woman and her family tried to find a hospital, but are not from Atlanta and ended up pulling over at Benihana’s in Buckhead for help, according to police. The woman is in stable condition at Grady Hospital.

If you have any information on the identity of the man shown in this video, call Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS(8477).
