  1. Two HOAs that particularly need to be invited to this meeting are the Preserve at Fischer Mansion and the D’Youville Condominiums. There is a growing list of allegations regarding broken promises, improper record keeping, demolition of the clubhouse, decline of the natural areas, threats of legal action, refusal to share contact information, etc. These two developments, represented by Matt Lazar and Jim Moses respectively, are guardians of two of the most prized architectural, historical and environmental sites in our city: The Fischer Mansion with its incredibly ancient landscape, and the remaining Flower Land Gardens. Private rights must always be coupled with public responsibility. Please share you thoughts–thanks!!–Tom Reilly
