A woman was shot and killed outside a Buckhead bar over the weekend after apparently being caught in the crossfire of two groups of men shooting at each other.

Atlanta Police responded to Anchor Down Bar and Grille on Piedmont Road at about 5 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, where a woman was found shot in the arm and side. She was rushed to Grady Hospital where she was pronounced dead, according to a police report.

Witnesses told police there were two groups of men shooting at each other in the bar parking lot and the woman was shot during the exchange of gunfire.

The woman killed has been identified as Taylor Hayden, 25, the sister of Minnesota state Senator Jeff Hayden.
