Nathaniel Vivian was convicted and sentenced to life in prison Aug. 17 for his role in a 2014 Sandy Springs robbery that left a Roswell man dead, according to WSB-TV.
Daniel Zeitz, 28, was trying to deliver a video game system he had sold on Craigslist when he was shot to death in the Legends at Dunwoody apartments on Sandy Springs’ Treelodge Parkway. The robbers were Vivian, who was 20 at the time, and Kayla Dixon, who was 16 at the time.
Dixon pleaded guilty in June just before the start of her trial. She was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
Dixon is the one who shot Zeitz, prosecutors say, but Vivian was convicted of felony murder for his role in the crime, as well as robbery and other charges, according to WSB-TV.
