An official grand-opening and ribbon cutting for the new Walgreens pharmacy inside the restored Olympia Building in Downtown was held Friday, Sept. 16. Completed in 1936, the building is probably best known for having the giant, circular Coca-Cola sign on its roof. The exterior of the building and signage for Walgreens has a vintage look and feel in keeping with its history.
