Perennial Properties is transforming an old nurse dormitory at 549 Peachtree St. in Downtown into The Byron, featuring 65 lofts and 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail.
A high-rise student housing building on Boulevard in the Old Fourth Ward is about to get new neighbors – a hotel and a condo tower. According to Bisnow, Nazar Holdings has applied for a special permit with the city to allow a mix of uses at 274 Boulevard Ave, a parcel that connects to 444 Highland, the student housing tower next door to Atlanta Medical Center. The project would feature 300 condo units and 200 hotel rooms.
The historic Briarcliff Mansion in Druid Hills may be transformed into a boutique hotel. The DeKalb County Historic Preservation Commission has signaled its approval of the project to save the home of Coca-Cola heir Asa Candler Jr.
Mill Creek Residential wants to construct 320 residential units and 30,000 square feet of commercial space at the intersection of Memorial Drive and Pearl Street to be called Modera Reynoldstown, according to a report from Curbed Atlanta.

Harry Norman, Realtors agents and staff, along with many additional sponsors, volunteered their time in November to raise funds on behalf of CURE Childhood Cancer and The Bowen Story Fund by participating in the company’s 11th Annual Bowl-A-Thon. With more than $57,000 contributed, the fundraiser has been Harry Norman, Realtors  most successful yet. The company’s goal was exceeded by 10 percent.
