  1. You’re touching on something I brought up during the original release.

    First: The city shouldn’t replace its current logo. I think it works well on park and traffic.

    Second: What the city really need is a City Seal which would address the original issue of having a design that’s easy to put on uniforms. The City of Decatur, The City of Atlanta, The City of Dunwoody and the City of Brookhaven ALL have circular “city seals” not “logos”. I’m surprised that wasn’t brought up from the $100k paid to consultants. I said it once and I’ll say it again, the “new logo” could’ve been made on a free logo maker. I understand you still need someone to draft the guidelines to implement the design but the design itself is…blah
