Krog Street Market in Inman Park’s is for sale, according to a report at Curbed Atlanta. Officials from Paces Properties said they were putting the food hall on the market to recapitalize funds following the success of the redevelopment. Paces hopes to stay involved on the site, even with a new owner, and will continue to own the gravel parking lot across Krog Street and adjacent to the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail.

Elizabeth O’Neill

MARTA has named Elizabeth O’Neill as its Interim General Manager and Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors voted unanimously to approve O’Neill, a 22-year MARTA veteran who currently serves as Chief Legal Counsel, who will succeed Keith T. Parker.

The Atlanta City Council has approved the establishment of a trust fund to allow the city to receive and disburse monetary and nonmonetary donations for relief for victims of Hurricane Harvey. The resolution, introduced on Sept. 5 by Councilmember Natalyn Archibong, will direct city CEO Jim Beard to establish the trust fund, establish collection stations at various city facilities and create a trust-fund committee comprised of Beard, City Attorney Jeremy Berry, Council President Ceasar C. Mitchell, Office of Sustainability or their representatives to determine the disbursement of donations. It will appear before the Finance/Executive Committee at its 1 p.m. meeting on Sept. 13.
