The Atlanta Super Bowl LIII Host Committee has unveiled its official logo and launched its website and social media channels. The red and gray logo incorporates an aerial view of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which will host the Super Bowl on February 3, 2019.

More than two dozen metro region tech companies, including Accenture, AT&T, General Electric and The Weather Company along with Atlanta Committee for Progress, have teamed up to announce the launch of IoT.ATL – a new initiative to attract IoT (Internet of Things) companies and talent to metro Atlanta. The Metro Atlanta Chamber engaged Accenture to research the global IoT landscape and make recommendations for attracting, recruiting and retaining leading businesses and top talent in IoT.

The Party for Piedmont Park attracted 585 attendees and raised over $100,000 for Piedmont Park and the Piedmont Park Conservancy. The money will fund free history tours, hosting the local farmers market, volunteer clean ups, park beautification and landscaping, maintenance of the three-acre dog parks, providing environmentally-focused field trips, and more.
