Intown is returning to normal after three days of snow and icy roads, but public school students are getting a third day off.

Atlanta Public Schools, City Schools of Decatur, Fulton County Schools and DeKalb County Schools all announced they would be closed on Friday, Jan. 18.  Atlanta Public Schools had originally announced they would open on Friday, but then reversed course around 6:30 p.m. with an alert to parents.

MARTA is running a weekend schedule on the rail line with 15 minute intervals. Buses rolled out this morning offering limited service, but planned to increase with better road conditions. Visit itsmarta.com for details.
