The Atlanta Police Department has arrested two more people in the murder of Barcelona Wine Bar restaurant manager Chelsea Beller during an armed robbery last November.
APD announced this afternoon that Ira Troy Williams, 19, was taken into custody around 2 p.m.. by APD’s Fugitive Unit in Stone Mountain. Williams was charged with felony murder and was transported to the Fulton County Jail.
Earlier this morning, Terry Jones, 19, was taken into custody by the Fugitive Unit as he arrived on a flight at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Jones was met at the gate by Fugitive Unit investigators and taken into custody. He was charged with felony murder and transported to the Fulton County jail.
Police said that the arrest of Williams was the fourth and final suspect linked to the case. Previously arrested were Samuel Ott and Carlous Bailey.
Beller was shot during a robbery while the restaurant, located at 1084 Howell Mill Road in northwest Atlanta, was closing around 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 19. Three black males entered the restaurant, tied up employees and forced Beller to open a safe. During the robbery, one of the suspects shot Beller. She was transported to Grady Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
