Homeowners in two Sandy Springs neighborhoods are urging the city council to reconsider their decision to use chain link fencing topped with concertina wire for the Sandy Springs Police Department’s Fleet Maintenance Facility and future police department headquarters, as they believe it will decrease property values and make them appear to border a prison.
